What we use and why

We use your first name, email address and subscription choices to send training ideas, news and service offers with your consent. Signing up sends a confirmation email; marketing starts after you confirm. We record confirmation time and subscription evidence.

Services that help us send it

The website runs on Cloudflare, subscription records are stored in Supabase, and emails are sent through Google Workspace. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated submissions. A short-lived, hashed network identifier is used for signup rate limiting. These providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable data protection arrangements.

Your choices

Unsubscribe using any marketing email. This stops marketing emails without affecting necessary service messages. We do not track email opens or clicks in this newsletter system.

Retention

Pending subscription records are removed after 30 days if unconfirmed and unused. Sending records are kept for up to 12 months. A minimal unsubscribe record is retained to prevent unwanted future marketing; you can contact us to discuss deletion or other rights.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, or raise concerns using the contact address above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
